Salary: £18k - £20k + 20% annual bonus
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17.30pm
Have you always wanted to work within a HR, but have not had the opportunity to do so?
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a dynamic HR team based in Brighton.
You will already be a strong administrator or PA with a hands-on approach and "can do" attitude with great attention to detail.
- Appraisal paperwork, logging, chasing, Role Profile updates
- Contract changes - letter creation, tracking, distribution, database updates
- Organising meetings and lunches
- Dealing with starters and leavers process
- Absence recording
- Ordering stationary
- Dealing with expenses
Ideal candidate should have;
- Good organisational skills
- Time keeping skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong administration skills
