I am recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of my reputable client based near Shoreham-by-Sea.
You will be ideally starting in July and, although you do need customer service experience, full training and support will be given.

Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Location: Shoreham by Sea
Salary: £18,000-£24,000 depending on experience
You will be representing the company and providing exceptional customer service.
- Managing phone calls and emails from customers
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Working to SLA's
- Updating the company CRM system with all conversations and customer data
- Escalating any issues where necessary
- Liaising with various departments to investigate and resolve any complaints
You must be a confident and professional individual who can demonstrate patience, organisation, strong listening skills and excellent communication skills. To be considered for this role, you must also have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, be able to prioritise and also have strong IT skills.
