Our client is looking for a Customer Service / Administrator that is available for unsocial hours.
This is a unique role that can be worked from home or in the office.
The main duties of the role are:
- Dealing with incoming calls from customers
- Uploading details on to the CRM system to ensure they are correct.
- Staying calm in an emergency situation and dealing with couriers to make emergency shipments.
- Handle all enquires
- Setting up invoices
Full training is given and this will include 4/6 weeks of office-based work but after this the role becomes flexible. A laptop and phone will be provided if work hoke is an option for you.
