Are you happy to work nights? This is a fast-paced busy role and the business is open 24/7 365 days per year.
You will be working 44 hours per week and work 2 night / 2 days and then have 4 days off. This is not a call centre.
The great thing about his position is the times goes fast. All the time you are at work your job is to make sure aircrafts take off. As they go technical your job is to find the part across the Wearhouse, other standing aircrafts at the same destination and suppliers, if needed and get that part to the aircraft within the SLA agreed. BUSY!
Responsibilities will include:
? Handle all clients out of hour?s queries regarding grounded aircrafts that need new parts and components.
? Respond to clients and priority requirements in appropriate time frames.
? Deliver high quality customer service at all times.
? Manage customer accounts and contracts, including specific requirements.
? Manage the inventory to ensure when parts are taken from the warehouse, they are re-stocked
? Purchase items for customer requirements and brokered transactions.
? Negotiate with customer and suppliers when needed.
