I am recruiting for a Customer Data and Operations Coordinator within an award-winning, market-leader based in Burgess Hill. You will have full support, training and excellent benefits such as an onsite gym, subsidised restaurant, free parking and 25 days holiday.
Working within the technical services team, you will be working with data using SAP and Salesforce. Liaising with a number of different departments, your role will be varied and requires excellent attention to detail.
Your role will include;
- Managing and maintaining customer data
- Maintaining data quality
- Ensuring best practice is followed
- Process improvement and implementation
- Correcting any data errors
You need to have a data administration background, as well as knowledge of process improvement and driving change.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, innovative, driven and has excellent communication skills. If you have previous experience of SAP and Salesforce, this would be a bonus but is not essential.
