Commissions & Finance Administrator

Location: Currently in Worthing but the role will be relocating to Chichester

Salary: £20k -£24k

Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00 -17.00

You have great Excel skills and are a fast learner with great attention to detail and enjoy working in a supportive organisation that supports your career development. You will have will have proven background in working within a high-volume transactional role and be highly numeric

Responsibilities:

  • Processing receipts
  • Completion of weekly payment runs
  • Liaising with clients on the telephone
  • Resolve commission queries
  • Produce sales reports and other operational documents
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Administration
  • Ad hoc project work as required
