Customer Service Administrator (6 Month FTC)
£22,000 - £25,000
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm
Free parking on site
We are currently recruiting for a busy and successful online retailer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving company that is offering a varied and interesting role.
* Answering customer calls, emails, web chat
* Processing customer orders
* Booking deliveries with courier companies
* Updating the website on prices and adding new products
* Dealing with customer complaints and issues
* Putting together quotes
* Preparing reports for meetings inclusive of profit margins and sales figures
* Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock
The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes to apply:
* Proficient user of SAGE
* Highly organised and great attention to detail
* Experience of dealing with complaints
* Strong admin skills
* Excellent customer service
* Knowledge of PPC/SEO desirable
